Formally of Raine & Horne Netural Bay, we are very lucky to have the experienced Tracey Kelly to the Bathurst team as one of our Property Managers. With over 20 years experience in the service delivery industries, Tracey is well aware that in order to secure long term clients, you must continually strive to exceed their expectations. Tracey firmly believes that in order to maximize a client’s return and manage their investment property proficiently and effectively, you need to care for the property as if it was your own. Paula, a former Bathurst resident has always had an attachment to the town. Coming to real estate from over 30 years experience in design and construction, Paula has always had a passion for real estate and has bought, renovated, leased and sold many properties over the years. With a 6 year stint at the Spatial Serivces (formerly Land and Property Information) under her belt as a survey drafting officer, Paula is well versed in all aspects of property.

Originally from Brisbane, Julie Howarth has been enjoying the challenges and rewards that working in the real estate industry offers. Julie brings a wealth of experience from a wide range of backgrounds, from mining administration to owning her own business. Julie is now adding another feather to her cap as one of Raine & Horne’s property managers. Reliable, hard working and experienced, Julie is just the person to be managing your property.

If you’re looking for someone with extensive experience in property management, look no further, you’ve struck gold! Raeleen started in the industry in the late 1970s, at the ripe old age of sixteen, and she’s been in real estate, and in particular property management, ever since. Starting her property management career in Tamworth, she then worked similarly in Orange before taking some time off to start a family. But there’s no keeping a good property manager down, and in 2004 Raeleen joined Raine & Horne Bathurst. Today, she heads up our nine person property management team. Raine & Horne Bathurst, Raeleen says, is like family to her. She gives the job her all, and aims to provide the best property management service there is. As a sign of her commitment, Raeleen, who is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, was placed third in the National Raine & Horne Property Management Awards in 2005, and the following year took out first place at the NSW Awards. In 2013 she was admitted into the Raine & Horne Chairman’s Club as recognition of her long term industry achievement and the continual high calibre of her work. Having been a past president of the Bathurst P&C and secretary of the Real Estate Institute for the Central West, Raeleen’s current interests include spending time with her family, socialising, reading, cooking – and of course, real estate.

Born in Bathurst, Rachelle has always held a soft spot for the town she calls home. Having moved away at a young age, she spent many years working at a surveying firm as a mining and property drafts person. The pull to Bathurst was constant, and Rachelle and her Husband returned to the country, bringing along their four children. After seeing off her children into schooling, Rachelle joined the team at Raine & Horne. Rachelle has a keen interest in Real Estate having taken on the challenges of both renovations and building houses with her Husband. Rachelle's positive attitude and passionate approach makes her a valued member of the team at Raine & Horne.
