Good Communication with Timely Responses

Lisa and Jada saw us when we visited one of their listed properties Jan26. They were pleasant through the viewing answering all questions we asked. Following on to placing our offer they were quick to to relay and then respond back to. Following questions re trust account details were prompt and all future questions have been responded to quickly. Of note it was nice to see an agency with a realistic price guide. Having seen way too many properties listed with a price guide 10% or more is actually no guide for a buyer. If a seller would like a price simply list for the price. This is possibly why we were able to agree quickly on an exchange price quickly. Thank you.
