This agency has been great to work with! Joanna showed us round our new place and she was wonderful! She was flexible with meeting us at a time that fit with our work schedules and was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We had dealt with Eva Trakis, who is helpful and answered everything I had questions about within response time and went out of her way to follow up and even let me back to the property a second time to do measurements for fridge space. She made the move easy for us especially during lockdown. She is a very professional lady who is remarkable in her job and I couldn’t recommend her services more so. She is an asset to the team! My experience with John Katergarakis was an absolute pleasure. John was very efficient, professional, easy and friendly to deal with. He answered all of my questions and delivered on his promises. My property was rented within a couple of weeks and got the rent I was after. He evaluated all applicants very carefully, provided detailed reports on each, but most importantly provide me with his own professional insight and advice on which tenant was best for my property based on his industry experience. So far so good and very happy with the service I am receiving.

What I liked from the start was the very frank and upfront communication style. I am impressed with the prudence and level of organization. I can highly recommend John Katergarakis.
