Had my property with another agent. They had 3 weeks from when notice from old tenants was given plus 3 weeks after tenants had moved out. They couldn't find anyone. Took my property away from them. Gave it to John on Tuesday, Thursday it was advertised and within 3 days the property was snapped up and off the market. $75 more than the asking advertised price.
