We chose David due to his sales history and past experience of selling property in Rockdale area. The ways of working was very smooth with great admin team and always updating the vendor on the market. One thing I was a bit dissatisfied with is to lower pricing twice within a short timeframe, even though similar closeby properties were selling higher. In the end, we ended up selling before the holiday period which we were grateful for.
