Sometimes I find with people, once you have signed on the dotted line, you are no longer treated as a priority. However, this did not happen with you. You were consistent in providing top service from start to finish. You kept me up-todate on the process at all times - both before and after the open homes. You were always available and contactable and responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns. We had an open connection, as I believe you were always honest and transparent when advising me what was happening.
