While living overseas we’ve recently sold our St Lucia townhouse which prior to being sold was being rented with property management by LJ Hooker in Toowong. Being happy with that well established relationship it was natural for us to ask LJ Hooker to manage the sale. Bryan introduced himself via email and we soon established an easy working relationship with him. During the pre-marketing emails and telephone calls he fully explained the available options backed up by substantial sales history for the property type and location. The associated paperwork was completed with ease. During the period the townhouse was on the market Bryan kept us fully informed with emails following the open home sessions which were subsequently summarized in an on-going weekly report. We felt fully informed by these emails and the on-going report. The actual sales process proceeded smoothly, supported by a continuing high level of communication. In summary, Bryan provided a high level of service which was characterized by a quick, efficient and informative communication, both by email and telephone. As at the time of settlement we had yet to meet Bryan in person which illustrates the confidence we had with him selling our townhouse.

We live in Tasmania and urgently wanted to buy an apartment in St Lucia near University of Queensland. We contacted a few agents but were not quite satisfied. His appearance was immaculate. His tie was neatly tied (a skill lost on many) and his shoes were shined (not important to some but to an old Army man it is a sign of character).
