Considerate and Helpful
Bryan made the first home buying experience as easy as possible for me. From our first meeting on the open day to the day of settlement, he made himself available to give advice, attend the building inspection and to generally facilitate the process. Professional service and great communication
Bryan demonstrated a consistent professional approach over a fairly long period that my St Lucia unit was on the market. His local knowledge was very good and he provided sound advice on the current market and pricing expectations of buyers. After every open house, Bryan called to update me on buyer interest and follow-up private inspections. He also sent through weekly vendor reports via email so that all activity could be tracked. I would recommend Bryan to other vendors looking for a professional, considerate, and no-nonsense approach to selling their property in the Brisbane West area.
