Raine & Horne, Kenmore was the rental agency for the house we owned in Toddington Street, Chapel Hill. We always found them very efficient in the supervision of the tenancy, and they took good care of tenants and owners. When we decided to sell we turned to them. Joanne Mavrik was our agent. We liked her personality, skills and obvious deep knowledge of the real estate industry and the building and house maintenance trades. When unsuspected problems were revealed in building reports, as they always are, she knew who to call to get them fixed. She had the skills of a diplomat with us the vendors and with prospective buyers. She was always available at all times of day and at weekends, except when on holiday. As we live well away from Brisbane her attention was invaluable, and we thank her.
