We live in Sydney, Raine and Horne were the property managers for our investment property for over 8 years in Morayfield, Brisbane. Lewis was very familiar with our property and had a good repour with our tenants. When we decided to sell and gave notice to the tenants, Lewis ensured they replaced carpet, painted etc, ready to sell. There was also a shortage of rental properties for the tenants to move into, which potentially could have jeopardised the sale of our house, Lewis wrote a glowing reference for the tenants and with his contacts in property management circles, managed to find a rental property for them to move into, in a timely manner. Lewis being familiar with our house and the area attended every open house, which was a huge bonus. The interest rate rise did affect the sale price, which decreased significantly, however, Lewis managed to negotiate a fair price, which we were happy with. We had his direct number and he called and sent texts and e mails keeping us updated throughout the whole process. Gina the other Principal Owner recommended Statewide Conveyancing to manage our sale, they were very efficient, we would definitely recommend them. We are beyond grateful for the efficiency and attention to detail that we received from Lewis and his team. We believe if it was not for his hands on approach, where he managed all aspects of the sale himself, we would not have had the positive outcome that we did. My husband and I have been associated with Raine & Horne Burpengary since 2009. As landlords, we were able to get any assistance required when needed. Communication was great. We were informed every time an issue arose or rules had changed. The house was tenanted through out this time. When we decided to sell the house (just recently), the process seemed to go smoothly. If any issues arose then we were informed and it was dealt with. Again the communication was great. It was wonderful to have people who knew the market. The team at Raine & Horne have been our property manager for a number of years and they have been professional and responsive in all matters they have dealt with on our behalf. All our emails are responded to in a timely manner and are followed up to confirm all requests are attended to. Maintenance requests and communication to the tenant and ourselves about the job is emailed and confirmed within 24 hours and contractors used are professional and reasonable . Lewis is very pro active in communicating with the Tennant about any issues and keeps all parties informed of the outcome. I would highly recommend the team to all my friends as their professionalism is exactly what you expect as a landlord. It was a no brainer to engage Lewis, Gina and the team to market and sell the property as their knowledge of the area and market are second to none.
