I highly recommend Lewis Galdeman & and the team at Raine & Horne BMN Burpengary/Narangba. I reside overseas and relied on proactive property management. However the management of my North Lakes property had changed hands several times due to real estate mergers & take overs. The property managers prior to Lewis were carrying out very basic property management Matters came to a head when I decided to sell the property and discovered that termites were throughout the building. In discussions with the previous property managers it was clear that the property had not been managed adequately and they had no clear understanding of how to resolve the issue. Enter Lewis Galdeman & and the team at Raine & Horne BMN Burpengary/Narangba. The property was given a thorough inspection & a plan was put together to resolve the termite problem & implemented. We continued to rent out the property while repairs were carried out. Lewis’s knowledge of the building industry was a key factor in achieving our targets. When the property was put on the market, a considerable value increase was achieved in the first offering. The builders report obviously picked up the termite repairs. This proved challenging for the sale. Lewis was proactive in managing the situation, we decided to be upfront with the problem & inform prospective buyers of the issue’s. A number of offers were received and subsequently removed. Throughout this difficult time Lewis continued to be supportive, positive & proactive and successful sale was eventually achieved.
