I first meet Martin at the open apartment he was very helpful answering all questions my partner and I had. The reason I only gave three stars for Negotiation is I did not negotiate the deal to buy he property it was don on my behalf buy my accountant. As a first home buyer I was unfamiliar with the process but Martin was always available via phone, email or in the office if I ever wanted to talk about the process.
