After speaking with several agents, Paul was recommended by a friend and when I met with him I felt confident that he was the man to assist me with selling my family home allowing me to retire, Even though the first open house was met with torrential rain, Paul’s campaign achieved 5 interested families. Paul was diligent in following up and reporting back to me even securing an offer. Nearly every open house had a weather dilemma but still had at least 5 families through each week with several interested parties who were unfortunately thwarted by their banks. Finally during torrential rain over the October long weekend Paul showed a couple through 3 times and assisted them with their purchase of my property which settled in late November allowing me to move into retirement. Paul was always considerate of me with timings of open houses and other inspections. Considering the market I was very pleased in achieving settlement within 3 months of listing. Well done Paul .
