I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism conducted by James in transferring the management from an agent who we weren't happy with. James showed genuine care and support in his dealings with me and handled the transition very effectively. He proved to be reliable and honest and most importantly a remarkable communicator. The previous agent apparently struggled to find interested renters, however, once handed over to James, he immediately secured excellent tenants, showed them through the property and signed them up on a 12 month lease, all within a day. As usual, James’s efficiency and professionalism led him to finding a suitable tenant for my unit in Enmore after the first open for inspection. He conducted the inspection before the existing tenants had moved out. This led to a small gap of 3 days vacancy between tenancies. He was also able to secure a bit more than market rent. A fabulous outcome overall - well done!
