Excellent and responsive customer service
Jacob Benton provided me with excellent customer service when organising the recent rental of my investment property. He was efficient, professional, friendly and personable, both to me and to the potential leasees who were inspecting the property. After the first inspection on Saturday, Jacob had reference checked the relevant tenants and the deposit was paid on the following Monday. Very prompt service. I look forward to working with Jacob when next I lease this property.
