They were highly professional and able to answer all our questions quickly and confidently before we scheduled inspections for the properties as well as during inspections. Daniel and James were fast to respond to our follow-up questions via email and even facilitated additional time in the property on a weekend to take measurements before we moved in which we are incredibly grateful for. Following a warm handover our new property manager, Erin Hobbs, has taken over.
