Would like to mention the great experience with my dealings with James Astor for the property he was in charge for viewing. First and foremost, he made sure communication channel was always there be it sms, calls or emails and was very quick to respond in a polite and professional manner. He also made sure that this property viewing was covid safe, all people inspecting waited for their turns accordingly and the property was well ventilated. He helped to listen to my situation and conveyed that accordingly to the owner and we achieved an outcome that both parties are happy with.
