I have nothing but the highest of praise for Mr James Astor and Mr Daniel Barkl at Raine and Horne City Living Pyrmont. I have just moved to Sydney for work and to be closer to friends and family. Thanks to the expertise and professionalism of these two gentlemen I now have an amazing Sydney address. I will not hesitate to recommend Raine and Horne to my network for any real estate requirements. When I'm ready to purchase real estate again I now know who to phone. Thanks, Raine and Horne, the home of true professionals!

We decided to tenant our newly purchased 2 bed 2 br 1 car space apartment for around 2 years before downsizing and moving in ourselves. Given that there were 45 - 50 comparable apartments being advertised for lease in Pyrmont, it was essential to set a sensible market rental in order to secure a tenant within a reasonable period of time. Within about half an hour of my contacting her, Erin had emailed us an analysis of the previous 12 months leasings of comparable apartments in the same complex as a guide. Subsequently Erin and James advertised, held inspections, found and vetted a promising tenant and secured a deposit, all within a week. If everything goes as well in future as it has so far, we will be ecstatic.

I am a longstanding client of Raine and Horne, City Living, Pyrmont. This agency operates with consistent efficiency in its management of my rental unit. Rental turnovers are generally speedily processed. My most recent vacancy was turned around within two days of advertising. Lessees are managed well from the point of view of their maintenance of the property. Documentation of the rental financial issues is professional and timely. This is an outstanding agency.
