Panos Stamoulos did a wonderful job as the leasing agent for my unit in Jackson's Landing. His communication was always clear, precise and timely. After each open for inspection, he always provided me with feedback about the number of people who came to each inspection and the comments they made about the unit. He also told me about all of the follow-up calls he made after the inspection. Then when I received multiple rental applications for the unit he helped me to decide which tenant would be the most suitable. This agency has also been managing my unit for several years. Carol and Elena have done a wonderful job looking after the unit and the tenants. Their communication has always been clear and precise and any issues or repairs that arose have always been dealt with in a speedy fashion.
