James was fantastic to deal with. He added a great personal touch to the often challenging process of renting a property in Sydney. He was in our corner, and actively communicated with us throughout the application process. He is fantastic to work with.

Panos is super professional on how to deal with rental or selling property for us. As far as we concerned, he could sort out many ways or even what the targeted price was. Upon rental or selling aspect, he had made many recommendations to us, and helped a lot to source appropriate tenants so far. We really appreciate his service and continuous supports on how we would like to do.

I have been very impressed by Panos, Elena and the R&H team. Panos has been excellent throughout the process, from initially viewing the apartment, going through the application process and then dealing with specific issues arising from our move into the new property. We experienced many different rental agents during our lengthy search and rate Panos very highly.

All personal at Raine and Horne City Living are professional. I have been with Raine and Horne City Living since 1999. They have looked after my apartment as if it was there own. They have been prompt in releasing the apartment after it has been vacated and their screening process for tenants has been very reliable.
