With the tenant living in the property, Matthew did a great job to promote our apartment. Most agent would just take the photo as is but Matthew managed to photoshop the bedroom and it looked much nicer! Matthew also provided timely and thorough update on every inspection and never late on the followups. Highly recommended!

Robert helped to sell my 2br unit in Pyrmont. It was a smooth and successful process despite a challenging time with lockdowns. I think It was a record sale among similar units in the building at that period of time. I really could not have asked for a better agent to represent me over the sale of my unit. Robert always maintains his professionalism. He is honest and trustworthy to everyone in giving realistic views. His warm, calm and respectful demeanor makes people comfortable to approach him. He has an excellent communication skill and constantly gave me updates on the progress of the sale and took my feedback into consideration. Robert also went above and beyond what I expected, he answered queries from buyers very promptly even after hours and being very helpful even post sale. With his humble personality and excellent work ethic, I would definitely work with him again on my other portfolio.

I cannot rate Matthew highly enough. Matthew recommended renovations then arranged all tradespeople himself and at no charge to us. All work was done extremely promptly and on budget. Then during the selling process Matthew was extremely professional. He has an excellent knowledge of the local market. Finally, the sales result achieved was higher than we had anticipated. Words cannot describe how helpful and professional Matthew Mifsud has been in the preparing and execution of the sale of our property in Darlington, Sydney. Matthew helped in organising trades for me, so that we could present the house in the best possible light. Once the place was on the market, Matthew would communicate constantly with us.
