Matthew is a 'whole of service' agent who took care of everything including preparing the property for sale (organising paining, repairs and styling), ran and marketed an excellent campaign with managed to attract a number of excellent buyers, while also adapting to our requests and the market all at an excellent rate. Matthew communicated with us continually throughout the process and made us feel incredibly comfortable through what can be a stressful time, especially in the middle of covid.
