Matthew is the consummate professional. When I initially spoke to Matthew by phone, he came across as being very knowledgeable and confident. I requested a fee submission, which arrived promptly and was reasonable compared to others received. We decided to run with Matthew and never for an instant regretted that decision. He got to work immediately, had the property advertised and ready for inspections in days. He kept us informed every step along the way. He did everything he said he would, when he said he would do it! We received two serious offers within two weeks! Matthew successfully negotiated a significant increase to the higher offer, which we accepted. Settlement was completed within three weeks! If Matthew were to ask me how he could improve his service offerings, quite honestly, I could not offer any advice, except to say, "keep doing what you are doing!"
