I approached the group to solve a real estate matter, David was extremely knowledgeable with a willingness to solve my issue. Most companies in todays landscape have very limited reasons to assist people so we as clients always struggle to find someone who really cares, well David is that person who stands out. So thanks again for the kindness and care shown me and my family and yes all tenants are the bottom of the food chain but most of us will own property in the future. Raine and Horne Concord / Strathfield has a great culture which is shown to the clients from the first time you are greeted at the door or on the phone, so thanks again and I wish you and company great and long lasting success for many years to come.

David was helpful when we first moved in property. However communication needs improvement. It would greatly assisted if we knew who our point of contact is if the agent goes on holiday, as there were issues we needed repairs on when we first moved in the property. Now that David has returned from leave, communication is a much easier.

Chris and Talieh are handling my townhouse. Both of them are very responsive in email communications while being honest and transparent on concerns and issues. Originally the team was referred to me by another friendly agent but I’m now happy to refer them to my own friends.

When I moved into the property, I wasn't provided with garage keys, which required multiple emails and three weeks to resolve. Communication with my agent was poor, slow, and often frustrating. Additionally, the property had not been properly inspected prior to my arrival; it was dirty and had several basic necessities that needed attention, such as non-functional lights, wasps, a broken stove, and a flooding dishwasher. Overall, my move-in experience was disappointing.
