When I moved into the property, I wasn't provided with garage keys, which required multiple emails and three weeks to resolve. Communication with my agent was poor, slow, and often frustrating. Additionally, the property had not been properly inspected prior to my arrival; it was dirty and had several basic necessities that needed attention, such as non-functional lights, wasps, a broken stove, and a flooding dishwasher. Overall, my move-in experience was disappointing.
