Alison has been taking care of my first property for years. Super professional and efficient! Always takes care of things that I as layman overlook or don't even realise, minimising risks and maximising my interest as landlord. Because of her excellent work I moved over another property of mine to her care. Super happy to have such a superb agent to manage my properties!

Alison and the team from Raine & Horne were terrific from the start. They helped us find the right place and worked with the strata to get our pet approved and make sure we were happy. Alison's customer service is an example to other agents and I would highly recommend Alison to others looking to rent a place around the Cabarita area.

As a tenant, I've been impressed with R&H C/S! They've been friendly and helpful in all of my dealings, have been prompt in answering my queries, have been thorough in their representations (e.g., detailed, accurate and comprehensive incoming condition report), and have presented the property in a neat, clean and well-functioning condition. It's been a pleasure dealing with the team at R&H C/S, and as a landlord myself I'd be inclined to use them to lease my investment property in future.

Raine & Horne Concord/Strathfield have been a pleasure to deal with! I initially purchased a property from Raine & Horne and the purchase process was made simple and stress free! Since then I have used their services to manage the rental of the property. Alison Chang has been my managing agent for the last 18 months and I could not speak more highly of her. She is efficient and responsive and gets the job done! The search for a new tenant recently was made very easy and Alison kept me updated at all times and answered all questions. I would highly recommend Raine & Horne to others.
