Although I was their tenant for very short time, however, the agent’s approachable character was valuable and made feel comfortable in a unit that wasn’t much liveable. I moved to that unit while in crisis and had nowhere else to go. Susie the real estate agent assisted me to get the unit as soon as could. After moving in she was responding to my calls immediately which is something you wouldn’t usually expect from a real estate agent. Despite all odds surrounding me during that short period of my tenancy in that time her friendliness, supportive and approachable manners made me feel comfortable and at home.
