I came to Sydney despondent and nervous about getting an apartment. After some negative experiences, i met Talieh (and her team), and things turned around. She was honest, informative, and professional. In Canberra, the process would have taken forever; but Talieh got it done in a couple of days. She answered questions and made sure i knew what was going on at every turn. So, like the rating suggests, Talieh and the agency were excellent. Thank you. Now i can relax.

From the very start of the process, Alison was very prompt, kind and gave us the guidance we needed to secure the property and move forward. Alison is also supporting us with the end of our current lease, at the same time - juggling multiple requests. Alison shows great integrity and can manage the tricky situations with ease. Alison is making the transition as smooth as possible for us, which we appreciate as moving is a very stressful time for our family. Thank you R&H

The Raine and Horne team were efficient and the re-rental process was truly painless. After the previous tenants left, the agency checked out the house to my satisfaction, send photographs. I was happy with their work.

My rental property was recently leased by Joanna who had worked tirelessly and shown professionalism towards her role. It was not an easy task with weeks of opening and contacting all potential tenants without success but her effort had finally paid off with a good outcome that satisfied both of us. I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone who requires quality property managing service.

My experience with Joanna and Elie had been great from the moment we engaged in property inspections. The property required a few minor rectifications and Joanna has facilitated those rectification and all communication responses in a very timely manner with no fuss. Overall it has been a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Although I was their tenant for very short time, however, the agent’s approachable character was valuable and made feel comfortable in a unit that wasn’t much liveable. I moved to that unit while in crisis and had nowhere else to go. Susie the real estate agent assisted me to get the unit as soon as could. After moving in she was responding to my calls immediately which is something you wouldn’t usually expect from a real estate agent. Despite all odds surrounding me during that short period of my tenancy in that time her friendliness, supportive and approachable manners made me feel comfortable and at home. Thank you, Susie, for all your support.
