We worked with Paul for almost 12 months, first getting advice from him about the processes involved and then preparing the house for sale. In September 2023 we were ready to put the house on the market and Paul worked with us on a marketing strategy and then facilitated the whole process. At each step of the sale process Paul communicated constantly regarding the progress of the sale, eventually advising us when he received an offer he recommended we take prior to a scheduled auction.
