Professional Helpful Approachable

Excellent Agent
We have sold our home through Nathan Deegenenaars at Raine and Horne Coomera. Following a failed sale, Nathan went on to achieve a better outcome for us in a market when values were dropping considerably. Nathan has gone far and beyond the usual services of an agent, keeping us up to date in all aspects of what proved to be a difficult settlement due to Solicitors incompetence. A very pleasant association and highly recommended agent.

Absolutely Amazing
From the time of inspection (Open House), Nathan made us feel welcome and ready to answer any questions about the property. Then, we made the offer as first home buyers. We questioned ourselves whether it was the right decision andb as you can imagine being first home buyrers we felt some level of anxiety. However, Nathan made the whole process so smooth. Nathan was available, walking alongside us through the process and being transparent. You are bloody amazing Nathan thanking you kindly.

Amazing Agent who actually listens
The experience with Nathan was amazing from start to finish. He listened to our ideas and was open minded and willing to work with us to sell our home. A great operator
I cannot recommend Jason Read and his team highly enough. Jason is a great operator; happy to go the extra mile when an unexpected holdup occurred relating to strata; knowledgable and communicated well throughout the sales process. Jason sold our investment property and we live interstate, completing the whole process remotely. We had multiple offers very quickly and got a great price, above our expectation.

Dedicated and honest
Jason is a very sincere and honest Real Estate agent. I have met several over the years and I believe that he is the best. He listens to what you have to say and then goes about his job in a thorough and very professional way. He has an extensive knowledge of the market and recommended a marketing campaign that worked extremely well for us. Also, there is no BS, just honest and open communication.

Jason – a top salesman
Jason is very good at selling himself – This is actually more than justified as he does what he promises to do. Using Jason's services, we have now sold both our houses in QLD – one from our Super fund and the other my wife's personal property. Of course, the current market has favoured good sales, but Jason has been quite realistic about expectations. When buyers fail to complete, he manages to pick up the pieces and gets the sale going again. If we had another house to sell we certainly would be in touch with Jason.
