Amazing, friendly, informative and super helpful!
Jason was amazing! My partner and I are first home buyers so we didn’t really know or understand a lot about the details of buying a house. Jason was always very clear and easy to communicate with. He provided us recommendations for building and pest as well as lawyers which saved us having to find one ourselves. When issues came up he really helped us sort them out which relieved a lot of my stress. I have met other agents who I felt were a bit pushy and did not seem to treat me as a serious buyer because of my age. But I did not get any of this with Jason, he was always friendly and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions. I highly recommend Jason and will definitely be using him again in the future. Thanks Jason and team for your help in buying our first home!!

buying and selling with Jason
We bought our house, in Coomera Waters, on 13 Feb 2016. Jason was our agent and he made the process easy and without any stress. Over the next five years we have kept in contact with Jason so as to keep on top of the market. In January 2021 we put the house on the market quietly and then on Feb 13th 2021 we had the first open house at 12 noon and the house was sold at 4pm that day, for more than we asked for! Absolutely delighted. Jason and his colleague Richard made the whole thing so smooth and easy, we cannot thank them enough. Jason is a professional of the highest calibre, he knows the market back to front and we could not recommend him more highly. Thanks for a fabulous job done!

Excellent knowledge, creativity and communication. 5 Stars
I attempted to sell this property a couple of times with other agents. I was met with challenges and a lack of enthusiasm. I gave up the idea of selling this property for about 18 months until I found Jason and his team. Jason, was knowledge and helpful from start to finish; a true professional.
