Dean is a highly experienced agent with superior knowledge of the area. Hannan made the entire sales process an easy one. He is very knowledgable about the eastern suburbs market and was able to identify many comparable propoerties and recent sales. Hannan was very attentive to the specific details of my property and realistic target sales price and sales campaign approach. His overal communication was great - providing me with regular updates and a detailed weekly summary of the campaign activity and potential buyers. Overall, it was a great experience and the end result was an auction sale over 10% above my reserve price. I would reccomend Hanna for anyone who is selling a home or unit in the Bondi area.

The mark of a good agent is one who can sell in a tougher market. And that's exactly what Ric was faced with. The 'sky is falling in' publicity around the housing market kicked in just as we put our unit on the market! Auction clearance rates were dropping - ours even passed in at auction - But Ric was persistent!! Three days after the auction we had two buyers and got the asking price. Very happy. I purchased my house from Ric and have come to know him as the go to agent from living in the neighbourhood. You couldn't get a smarter, more knowledgeable agent. What you see is what you get and he is a no non-sense person. He is professional with the highest level of integrity.
