I would definitely recommend Ric for many reasons. I found him to be passionate about what he does. He seems to enjoy his profession and the thrill of the sale. He prioritises his clients and their sales. He is a great negotiator and has an approachable, friendly, polite manner. He is flexible and is always able to make a meeting if requested no matter what the time of day. He is also always keen to take a prospective client into a home out of inspection times, no matter how personally inconvenient. Ric, is pro-active and definitely takes charge of a sales campaign. He is not complacent. I entrusted him to sell my home with very little interference. He exceeded my expectations. I felt confident with him in charge. If I were to sell again I would definitely use Ric's services.
