Ric is not your stock standard real estate agent - he is a creative thinker, takes you and your property seriously and is extremely passionate about what he does. Not only does he really know his stuff, but he is sincere and down to earth (he will tell you how it is) and we knew that prospective purchasers would have confidence in him.
