Ric has an fantastic knowledge and understanding of our neighbourhood, which allowed him to sell the location with conviction. He is very professional and available 24/7 to take calls, arrange staging, meet to discuss the process, etc. We were aware that we were selling into a weakening market and that we would not be able to achieve the pricing of a year or two ago but Ric was able to work with the buyers and us to get to a price that we were comfortable, without the added stress of going to auction.
