We unexpectedly needed to move out of our previous rental with 24 hours given notice. We were in a panic, as my wife was due to have surgery 7 days later and needed a place to rest after. Working with R&H they helped us find a property on the Saturday (day after we were told we can’t return), approved for the new property on the Monday and given the keys by Thursday. The R&H team have been fantastic to work with. They understood our situation and were able to speed things along to help accomodate where we were at. Steven is very efficient with communication. Replies to questions immediately. Helped me get Unit ready for Leasing by finding good painters & cleaners. Always helpful. And does it with ease. He’s also very easy to talk to & listens to my needs & preferences. Unit was leased out very promptly, so not much loss in rent. He will manage the property & he cane highly recommended by a friend who has used Steven for many years & trusts him completely. Very professional but also a very amicable guy!!
