It is obvious that Matthew does his home-work prior to taking viewings. Too often, Real Estate Agents are taking advantage of the current market and arriving to viewings with little to no information on the property. Matthew was well-prepared, had the knowledge to answer any questions and knew things about the property including where there was hidden storage. He kept me in the loop with how my application was tracking and just had overall great comms. The rest of the team have also been great at getting things organised and in place!
