Wayne, and his wife, are the most personable and obliging real estate agents I have accounted in the purchase of real estate.. Whatever I asked or requested, it was never too much to for Wayne to furnish an answer or seek out the required details. I was especially grateful for his efforts for myself and my daughter to gain access outside the viewing times. Wayne always responded promptly (and is still doing so) to my telephone calls and emails, and provides me with the information required and/or informs me how his efforts are going. In particular, I appreciated the absence of the 'hard sell' in the transactions for 5 Darley Place, so very uncommon in today's real estate transactions. Thank you Wayne.
