We bought the unit through Wayne 7-8 years ago and found Wayne to be very down to earth and pleasant to deal with. We chose Wayne to sell the unit for us after speaking to other agents because once again we found him very straight forward, appreciated his calm manner and bowed to his market knowledge which turned out to be pretty close to the mark. In a supposed "Sellers Market" we were disappointed not to have a lot of interest shown in what we believed was a desirable unit (position wise and the fact that it was a 1930's building and possessed one of two garages in the building out of 12 units. On this basis Wayne negotiated with a purchaser before auction and was able to get us a price that we were very satisfied with. A price that was 5-10% more than another agent had suggested.
