Dealing with Martin Maskin and Di Wilkenfeld from Raine and Horne Double Bay was nothing short of first class. They both are both very professional and were always available if we had a question. Even before the house came onto the market Martin was pro active and called us to inform us of the up coming listing. We have dealt with many real estate agents in our search but Martin and Di were a cut above the rest. They kept us informed all the time and during the negotiations the were a pleasure to deal. Hannan secured a fantastic sale price for us prior to auction - achieving a price that was not only above our expectations but also higher than comparable sales immediately prior to our sale and since. Although my sister has already written a review on behalf of both of us I feel that I have to add an extra comment. Paul's performance before our brother's property was sold could not be faulted and his persistence and attention resulted in an unbelievable auction price. However, his commitment and dedication to his clients did not end there. Early last week, we were informed that the buyer wanted to settle the property early. Unaware that Paul was still on holidays, I rang him to ask about the keys. As I was unable to contact him, I rang his office and was told he was on leave and that the office would email him and Sarah. Within half an hour we had received 3 phone calls from Paul ( 2 of which we missed) and he advised us of what to do with the keys. Not so amazing, perhaps, except that the calls were from Colorado in the USA! Paul again phoned from there the following week after settlement to congratulate us and wish us well. What dedication! Paul was recommended to us by a resident in my brother's building. We were extremely pleased with him and his entire team and thank him for great service.

Ric and Dion mate the whole transaction very easy, they were even able to arrange a painter to complete a few touch prior to the open house - the entire process from first open house to signed and exchanged contract took less that 10 days! Can't recommend anyone more highly.

I've known Hannan for a while as we bought our first property through him. He introduced us to many properties and even some we said we weren't interested in. He knew all too well the value of the properties but also how they could suit a young couple as ourselves. We fell in love with a property that was in the not interested file. 5 years down the track after we had purchased a family home we decided to sell our first home, there was no doubt or discussion as to who we would use. Hannan! Hannan again was very knowledgeable and offered unmetered help and attention while guiding us through the sales process. We are very happy and overwhelmingly grateful for his help (even though he is obviously paid for it).
