Wayne is a very personable, committed real estate agent that gives regular honest real feedback to his clients. Wayne keeps you informed through every step of the selling period and speaks in terms you can understand. He will call you with any new information that is relevant to your property, anytime, but he won't lead you to believe you will get an unrealistic price for your property. Hannan and Pippa were down-to-earth and easy to get on with and I was comfortable that the price expectations they mentioned for my unit were a realistic range. I also felt they gave sage advice on how to prepare my unit for sale. They made sure that I understood everything involved in the marketing and sales process before they started and provided all of the information that I needed about how the Opens were going and where they felt potential buyers were in terms of price as the Opens progressed. In preparing for the sale it was useful to have access to Hannan and Pippa's long list of contacts for painters, stylists and handymen and they said repeatedly during the preparation and sale that if there was anything that I needed help with just to ask. It is clear from the path that the sale of my unit took that Hannan and Pippa have a huge depth of knowledge and understanding of the market and I believe that I achieved a good result because of this. I am grateful to them for achieving the sale price they did but I am also grateful to them for ensuring that the sale of my unit wasn't nearly as stressful as I had expected.
