I also felt they gave sage advice on how to prepare my unit for sale. They made sure that I understood everything involved in the marketing and sales process before they started and provided all of the information that I needed about how the Opens were going and where they felt potential buyers were in terms of price as the Opens progressed. In preparing for the sale it was useful to have access to Hannan and Pippa's long list of contacts for painters, stylists and handymen and they said repeatedly during the preparation and sale that if there was anything that I needed help with just to ask.
