Ric has been selling houses in North Bondi as one of the top agents for as long as I can remember. In his long career, I suspect he has been inside most of the homes in the area. When he pitched to me to sell my house, it was clear that he understood the market in a way that no other agent did. He was the only agent who had physically visited all the comparable homes to my house that had previously been sold. We have been exceptionally impressed with Ric throughout the purchase of our new home.
