From the outset Mark was an excellent communicator. Returning calls and queries immediately. There was no fobbing off or dealing with a side kick,Mark did everything including all inspections himself. There was also no hard sell or idle promises of what the sale price could be. It was all very straight forward. Mark understands that the #1 thing a seller or purchaser needs is trust and good communication. The property sold in 10 days off market to a happy investor buying into an excellent building.I'm delighted with the result and would not hesitate to highly recommend Mark. Great job all around!

Despite the media report that Sydney property is hot on fire the reality is that it is never easy to sell a property during a lockdown with so much fear, uncertainty and doubt. We had to sell our Bondi unit as we have bought elsewhere so the pressure is really on us.
