Hannan assisted me with selling a property I had for 15 years, so I was pretty emotionally connected to it. From the very beginning, Hannan was professional and reliable with respect to his knowledge of the market and in his communication. I felt that I could trust Hannan, which was a big factor for me, and he kept me continuously updated throughout the campaign. Towards the end of my campaign we found ourselves in the Covid-19 saga and Hannan continued to maintain positivity whilst also being real and upfront, which I appreciated at a time where there was so much uncertainty. Simone was very professional but also added a personal touch to the sale of my property, she gave 110% with the organisation of advertising and her personal input with potential buyers, she was also very helpful with advise on design and presentation of my property. Simone's contact hours did not cut off at 5.30pm, (close of business hours), I was able to ring, text and email her at any time, she was always available. Simone never cancelled or postponed a viewing, she was always on time with her viewing schedules, and kept in contact with all potential buyers after viewing.

Wayne is a consummate professional who knows precisely how and when to get everything done. Always friendly, he kept a close eye on all facets of the preparation of the property including quotes and management of all trades, styling and inspections which he handled personally. He was thorough in following up with all buyer inquiries which led to a high number of bidders at auction. He is highly ethical and was understanding of our individual circumstances. Paul Langsam of Raine and Horne, Double Bay recently sold our investment property. We found him to be always professional and efficient. We were away for a critical couple of weeks just before the property was put on the market, but we did not have to worry as Paul took on the organisation and did a great job preparing the place for sale. He set up and co-ordinated painters, stylists and marketing photos – and the whole process went smoothly. Paul was also energetic and focused once the property was on the market. He attended every viewing personally, followed up likely purchasers, and was able to negotiate a pre-auction price that met our expectations.
