Paul handled every aspect of the sale of our property while we lived overseas; we were completely reliant on him. He built enormous trust through his credibility, reliability, intimacy and lack of self-interest: he was all about managing and meeting our expectations as his clients. We never felt the complexity of being overseas because Paul was clear and consistent throughout: things happened when he said they would, he took our calls late at night and during his summer holiday, he coordinated tradesmen, the staging company, cleaning, conveyancing, photography, everything.
