Hannan worked very hard on my campaign from two months before it went on the market and was a great support in getting the apartment fit for sale organising tradesmen etc. Once the campaign started he worked tirelessly and remained so positive and supportive. From a vendors perspective it can be difficult to choose a sales agent because they all appear to have their strengths. When selling my Bondi Beach apartment I selected Hannan Bouskila based on his sales history in the area, his very proactive nature in terms of advising me of the sales process, and his publically available credentials for being the top sales agent in the area over a number of years. It turned out Hannan was absolutely fabulous and sold my property in a suitably short period under a very tough set of circumstances. I certainly recommend Hannan and his integrated team to anyone. Let me provide a bit more detail. While overseas and prior to formal engagement, Hannan helped me resolve a number of outstanding matters; during this period Hannan clearly knew what needed to be done to prepare my property for sale and he progressed the some of the work knowing it was possible I select another agent (painting for example). Once our formal agreement was in place Hannan worked with his team of specialists to market and style the property so it presented its’ best. Hannan then worked tirelessly to run a number of open houses over numerous weeks and followed up with each of the interested buyers; speaking with each about their specific interests. From a buyers perspective my property had a number of very attractive features but it also had a one concern which was common to all buyers and some buyers were using this drawback as a way of justifying their lower than expected offers. Hannan knew the property was worth more and he persisted until he found the right buyer. In the end I didn’t get the high price many of the sales agents were estimating I could get but after working closely with Hannan through the sales process I believe I got a fair price given the current market conditions and circumstances surrounding the property itself. I recommend selecting Hannan as your sales agent and work closely with him to achieve your best possible outcome.
