I think the biggest endorsement I can give Hannan is that, having just sold this investment property through him, and seeing the incredible way he honestly and respectfully dealt with the purchasers and potential purchasers, I would have no hesitation buying a property off him. Hannan is one of those rare agents that has proven himself under tougher market selling conditions and this showed as my unit was sold during a tough vendor market. Nevertheless, Hannan worked like a pit bull to get the property sold and for a great price as well. He did not panic and was upfront the entire way through about where we sat. He doesnt play games and doesnt oversell. From a communication perspective, Hannan was on the phone to me updating me with every development and after every open without fail.
