It would never be an exaggeration if we say Stuart has provided us with a Marvellous service and helped us sell the Property in just a week’s time. It was our dream home ,on which we had spent a lot of time, effort and money but circumstances changed and we had to move on. Did a market study to find the best real estate agent, but unfortunately ended up in the wrong hands. It was a very hard time for us as the agent did not even manage to get a decent offer in his 3 month contracted period. Soon after the contract ended and we were thinking about the next step, met Stuart from Raine&Horne team, who was very positive towards selling the house in the price we were looking for.The team was extremely professional and friendly, their approach to the entire process was remarkable. Just after the first open home the team came back with a good offer which was worth the effort and money we spend in building the property. It was a great relief to know that there was no issues with our property, but the problem was the inability of our first agent to appropriately market the property.
