Because of Covid we were worried regarding housing prices, Kim was always very professional letting us know what people thought of our house what was offered and came up with a very good sale price that we are very happy with. Kim sold the house just in one day been on the market there was no hassles evey thing went smooth. We are going buy get our next house though kim when we find the house we are looking for. Lovely lady to work with.

Will never use another agent again 5*
From the initial meeting, right throughout the process, to receiving an above the asking price offer, I cannot fault Stuart’s professionalism, constant communication, reassurance and advice. First time selling.
This was my first time selling a house. Stu was amazing and very patient whilst we made decisions and completed preparations. The enthusiasm and confidence was completely reassuring! It was only on the market for a day or so before offers were being received and we were over joyed with the fact that a deal was sealed only a few hours after the first open home in the same week that it went on to the market. Stu did an awesome job at selling it above what we were expecting and during the entire process kept us well informed.
