Great Result!
From the outset Stuart handled the marketing and sale of my property in a professional manner, and provided regular feedback from inspections by potential buyers. Stuarts local knowledge was a significant asset in developing a marketing plan and also chasing potential buyers. I was pleased with the final sale price in what was a very difficult market. I would happily recommend Stuart as an agent if you are considering selling a property in the area.

Stress free selling with Stuart Rae
I Contacted Stuart Rae From ( Raine & Horne Dubbo ) after recently widowed and wanting to move closer to my family. Stuart was very honest with his valuation of my property and as i was unsure of the process he made it all so easy for me to understand and so i listed my house with him. The advertising and open house arrangements were organised very quickly and i was always kept updated . I was so impressed when an offer was made with days of it being listed ( & before the first open house) Thank you for making the stress of selling my house as minimal as possible. A high respect in how Stuart Rae conducts himself as a real estate agent.
In the purchasing of 10 Belmore Place Dubbo, Stuart Rae was very professional in the way he conducted himself as an agent. Stuart was very open and upfront in what he thought about the place, he always was willing to give a hand in any way he could. Even though Stuart was the selling agent he conducted himself in a manner, in which you were able to speak openly to him, knowing he wouldn't pass any information on to respective purchasers. Stuart always was on the front foot, instructing me on the steps that were required to successfully purchase 10 Belmore Place. If he didn't know the answer to any questions he wouldn't make up any lies and would always respond "I will find out and get back to you". Purchasing this property was very easy and I have gained a high respect in how Stuart Rae conducts himself as a real estate agent.
