She gave us good advice on the maintenance we needed to do before sale. She also conducted the auction and although we were disappointed with the sale price - as was she - we came away ultimately satisfied with the process. Stuart was a very informative agent. He definitely took the time to answer all our questions and had all the correct answers for us. Stuart showed us our new property on numerous occassions and even after contracts were exchanged but settlement hadn't taken place he organised another inspection for us to take tradies out to get things measured and quoted.
