David was extremely professional from our first Phone conversation with him, he arrived at our front door within the hour to discuss what had to be done to put our house on the market. David rang all tradies required and arranged work to get done for us, all in record time. David also advised us that having the house restyled would definitely be a bonus, we again took his advice and to our amazement our house sold in 6 days. My house had been on sale for 7 months. I tried 2 other agents, one for 3 months and another for 4 months. While lots of people came to look nothing much eventuated. I had one serious offer way below what I wanted. I thought I would give ti one more try and contacted David. He came and I found a man who did not waste your time with empty promises and lies. He had only had the property for 5 days and already 4 very serious buyers came through the door by appointment. Within 7 days he had sold my property for a price that was acceptable to me. We didn't even have time to put up a sign!! I wanted to buy another property and he over and above the call of duty to ensure my sale went unconditional so that I could purchase the house I wanted. If you want to sell your house without all the bull#### and know you have someone who has got your back then give David a call. You certainly won't regret it. He really is the best.
