I contacted David and asked him to sell my house. He said “leave everything with me I’ll get it done”. David organised a handyman to do finishing touches,stylist to dress the place and a conveyencor who was reasonably priced. His communication was excellent keeping me informed daily throughout the process. He was always punctual and presented him self well. From the very first time I met Sam at an Open House, he was friendly, approachable and was able to answer all my questions. His knowledge of the area was excellent, helping to make my decision to purchase in Blackwall. Sam went above and beyond, organisising inspections of the property when I could get up from Sydney, even on his day off. He provided names of tradesmen that could help me get the property ready for leasing. Sam also referred me to the rental team. His communication skills are 10/10, answering my call or text straight away and getting back to me without delay if necessary. Sam was professional at all times, reassuring me through the entire process. As I am still in Sydney working full time, I expected the process to be quite stressful. However, Sam's expertise and caring attitude made the entire transaction from first inspection to settlement a pleasant experience.
